• "HealthFlexi" refers to the platform operated by HealthFlexi Technologies Pvt Ltd, offering medical weight loss services
• "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses our services
• "Services" include doctor consultations, prescriptions, diagnostics, diet/lifestyle coaching, and access to GLP-1 + GIP-based weight loss medications
• "Care Team" refers to licensed medical professionals, nutritionists, and health coaches affiliated with HealthFlexi

2. Eligibility and User Requirements

To access our medicated weight loss program:

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India
• You must undergo a comprehensive health assessment to determine medical eligibility
• A certified doctor must approve you for medication-based treatment
• You must provide accurate and complete medical information
• We reserve the right to refuse service if you're found ineligible or provide false information

3. Medical Disclaimer and Professional Responsibility

Healthcare Services

• HealthFlexi does not replace your primary physician and should be used complementarily
• All clinical decisions (prescriptions, dosage, diagnosis) are made solely by licensed medical professionals
• You must not self-administer any medications without doctor supervision
• In case of side effects or emergencies, seek immediate medical attention from a local healthcare provider

Telemedicine Services

• Doctor and nutritionist consultations may be conducted via telemedicine (video, phone, or chat)
• You consent to the collection and electronic storage of your medical data
• Teleconsultations comply with India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020)
• Services are not intended for medical emergencies

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical and lifestyle information
• Use medications as prescribed and follow lifestyle recommendations
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with others
• Inform our team of any adverse events, allergies, or health changes
• Attend scheduled consultations and follow-up appointments
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Payment Terms

• All fees are clearly stated at the time of enrollment
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways
• Subscription fees include GST and other applicable taxes
• Outstanding amounts become immediately due upon account termination

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Medical ineligibility determined by our doctors after initial assessment
• Service unavailability due to technical issues beyond reasonable resolution
• Other circumstances as determined by HealthFlexi at its sole discretion

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the qualifying event.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• First attempt amicable resolution through good faith negotiations
• Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in New Delhi
• Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
